This storefront location provides the convenience of certified signatures and on-site advisers for fidelity accounts. The location itself is hospitable and clean. I've been twice and a Keurig was a nice touch (It was out of service the second time I visited). Bathrooms were clean, and two self-service computers were available for account management services. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, communicated well, and was able to help me with my signature certification as a walk-in within a few minutes. Both visits, I was able to park directly in front and be in and out in under 20 minutes. As a Fidelity Customer of many years, I appreciate the ability to walk in somewhere and receive assistance with my Fidelity accounts in person.

Very nice and very helpful. Problem was solved. I really liked their agency but I had been with my agent forever and State Farm for 43 YEARS. Recently my agent retired but apparently sod her agency to someone else. Got in a major accident and needed help immediately. NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Several issues but basically she had just started and I could see after dealing with their office for 2 days realized i "got to go". Merely made a phone call to SF. I requested to change to Al Clark. It was done and guess what ? Today got a very courteous letter giving me my claim number and offering to help me with whatever I needed. What a difference.
