this company are the worst company . they steel your money and doesn't work for you . after 6 years still didn't settle my Cradit card and they charged me $14k . when I call to follow up , they hang up or they say we call you back. after 5 years called and asked me more money when I asked why they said if don't pay more , we don't settle your card . The company is complete scam.The owner,pouya, used to work for another credit repair company(Arian Eghbali, Bigger scam company) but he got his own office now.He met you for first time and tell you a.loes how he can get back to high score just in few months paying him coupes of thousand dollars of you HARD earned money. They SCAMMED my Mom for $11,000 and my husband and I for $12,000!!! Now we are getting summoned from different creditors. My Mom tried calling them for 2 months and they don't answer. I have been sending multiple emails with no response they have just stopped responding to me. I paid $3k in advance for them to work on my credit collections and this was in 2019! They claimed they were understaffed through Covid which I understood and respected however now they are not responding or answering any of my calls. It is upsetting as my family members have experienced such positive results from them. Where is the professionalism of answering your calls from people who pay for your service? I am afraid as there are multiple reports of similar experiences on the BBB website. I trusted Credit-e-man where the advertisement says " no money up front until results are achieved " I applied on 11/2018 , charged me $1000 at the first day and was told maximum 6 months till my issue is solved. Today 02/2020 absoulutly no result. I have been calling 3-4 times a week for the last 2 months asking to get my $1000 back , either no ones pick up the phone or if they pick up they always have a excuse.
