They did not file a schedule E for my property for the year of 2022, and 2023. They did a schedule E in 2021 which my parents live on that property and not myself so I had to show proof to my lender that I had income for that property. Robert the accountant excuse was that I didn't tell him to do a schedule E for tax years of 2022,2023 because I said "that property is not a rental my parents just pay me and I pay the mortgage" I said that nothing had changed from 2021 into 2022 so for me to have to tell the accountant how to do his job is ludicrous. Don't do business here unless you want to pay 300 dollars per tax year they file incorrectly. Here is a picture showing proof that I really did have to pay 520 dollars for them to fix their mess up.

I think it was about 40% higher than when I started 18 months earlier. I will admit, that I called them each time or they called me to inform me of the rate increase and I went full left field unprofessionally and basically yelled at the nice ladies I spoke to. I'm retired Air Force and 60 years old. Never had an accident and there needs to be great discounts for people who do it right and pay attention on the road. For your office, I apologize for my rudeness but not this review. I got my insurance nearly 45% less with Geico now. We save $100 per month now. This last time when I asked to cancel I was told if they dropped the price would I stay.... REALLY They should have done that when they raised it 18 months ago the first time. The other detail that people need to know is that State farms doesn't do 1-year policies anymore. They do renewals every six months and the only reason for that is that they can raise rates sooner instead of waiting for the one year to raise. It's worth checking around for better rates people.
