I was excited to see "Walk-ins Welcome" because it's hard to find a last-minute massage in this town. I arrived today at about 2:10 pm. The door was unlocked, I went upstairs, and--per the signs--put on slippers. The sign said to knock on the first door on the right for reception. I did, then knocked on the other doors as well, but no one came. I waited for several minutes and called the spa four times between 2:16-2:20 pm; I could hear the phone ringing inside, yet no one picked up. Please don't advertise walk-ins if there isn't staff available to greet guests or answer calls. Either update the signage/hours or keep the door locked when unattended. I can't comment on the quality of services, but today's experience with customer service was not good. read more

Was visiting CB and needed a massage and a friend recommended I go here. I opted for the therapeutic/deep tissue massage since I'd been spending time doing a lot of sitting the past few months and was starting to feel very off on my back, shoulders, and neck. Grant was very professional and friendly and did everything I asked for (what areas to pay more attention to, how firm to massage, etc). I ended up splurging a bit and got the aromatherapy and hot stones and it was all great. The place itself was very clean, warm, peaceful, and inviting. They give you warm wet towels to wipe off excess oil after the massage, which was a really nice touch and I really appreciated it. All the other staff were very professional too. They're also located right next to the area where they do the farmer's market, so it's fun to check that out before or after the massage. Definitely recommend and will probably be back whenever I visit next! read more

Go here! I had three services at Creekside this past week (Swedish massage, foot scrub, and facial) and they were wonderful. I want make special mention of the facial with Emma. It was heaven. Heaven! The products felt wonderful and soothing and she had wonderful hands and gave an arm and hand massage also. I am converting to ISun products. My skin is glowing and I'm avoiding taking a shower, I don't want to wash the goodness away. They're all sweethearts, very welcoming and nice. Genuine people. I had an amazing 90 min deep tissue massage with Mary Nolan! She knows what she's doing, perfectly aggressive for deep tissue massage! The place is our go to for massages and has never let us down. The rooms are very clean and nicely designed. My wife and I have had numerous therapists here and all of them have been top notch and have really great energy. My experience dealing with the spa (Andi) was awful. I called and asked if I could book the "triple treat" package and extend the 60 minute massage that was included to a 90 minute. When I asked for the additional cost, I was told it would $105 dollars, which is the cost of a 30 minute massage. Andi said that they didn't like doing 30 minute massages because it was a lot of set up for a short time, so the price reflected that. When I (very politely) explained that I was asking about a 90 minute, not a separate 30 minute massage, Andi become upset, said that she didn't feel liking "bartering" with me and hung up. Literally hung up on me. At no point was I rude, insistant or unpleasant; I asked a simple and fair question and I was totally shocked by her reaction. read more

I have been to Creekside Spa many times and have never been disappointed. The staff are very professional and really seem to care about the results you get from your massage, whether you want to relax or have some deep tissue work. In the warmer months, you are likely to enjoy the sounds of coal creek through an open window. This is not a "spa" experience. This is a place to go when you want to have a massage performed by someone who is well trained and committed to their work. read more

I was in town for a quick ski vacation at CB. I decided to treat myself to a 90 minute massage, and was booked with MADDIE -I'm so glad I did. She gave me the most amazing deep tissue massage. I was literally a puddle afterwards. I do invest in massage therapy often, it is such a stress reliever for me and out of the many I have had, I told her that this was literally one of the best massages I have ever had. She is really exceptionally gifted, knowledgeable, an expert in her field. It was the perfect combination, a strong massage that also worked out some knots while fully relaxing me head to toe. Thank you Maddie, I wish I lived closer! In addition, the spa was very convenient right in town. I added the CBD oil treatment and got to take home the tin, which I am using each night. I just got 'home' from my 2 hour Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Massage with Maddie. Wow!!!! I am from Milwaukee, WI and get a weekly 75 minute deep tissue massage for chronic back pain. I thought I'd treat myself since I am on vacation with a 2 hour massage - never had one before. I looked on Yelp and while Creekside Spa didn't have a ton of reviews and was a bit more expensive than others in the area, I liked the reviews and website. I booked online- very easy process. I had no idea who to pick since I don't know anyone here but chose Maddie because my mother's name is Madeline LOL What luck! Maddie is a very sweet young gal and very slender - I was worried about that initially because I didn't think she would have the strength to get very deep. I was completely wrong. Maddie is very learned in the muscles and how they connect and manipulates the body to her advantage. She worked out everything and the 2 hours really gave her a chance to address everything. She checked in with me about pressure throughout. Maddie recently finished massage school but massages like she's been doing this forever. She is truly gifted. What a total treat. Check out was simple - they had my card info on file from my reso and it was ready for me at checkout. Easy peasy. Sad I will most likely see Maddie again, but for anyone considering a massage - go to her!!! read more

The owner was very nice but unfortunately, I didn't have a very good experience. I wasn't asked to arrive early and my massage time started when I walked in the door...so I received a 45 minute massage for $95. Ouch. Make sure to arrive early. To the owner's credit, she did reimburse some of the cost and acknowledged their mistake. That was nice. My therapist was Allegra. She had some good skills but wasn't very welcoming. Also, not sure if everyone at this spa uses lots of oil, but she used a ton of jojoba oil on me. If you don't want to be covered in lots of oil, I'd mention this at the beginning of your treatment. She also used a bunch of peppermint oil on my chest without asking me first. I smelled like a giant piece of peppermint gum for the rest of the day. The best part was hearing the creek below the window for the whole massage. Very relaxing. As with most massage places, it comes down to your therapist. read more

Had a 60 minute facial with Emma and 60 minute Swedish massage with Mary. Bother we're excellent. The facial majorly helped my dry, flaky Colorado skin and had all of the components of a great facial - extractions, mask, steam, exfoliation, etc. Mary provides a very strong massage that was incredibly relaxing and saved my ski muscles. I've had lots of deep tissue massages, but I've never had one that gave me so much pain relief. Christine is a master of applying the right kind of pressure to the spots that need it the most. Excellent experience at Creekside spa this morning! Had a wonderful, relaxing Swedish massage by Rachel and couldn't have been happier! She listened to my requests and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I highly recommend the CBD body butter add-on, as it added a luxurious element and plenty left to take home! They adhered to Covid protocol and even though masks were required during treatment, it didn't affect the massage one bit. This will be a new must-stop on our yearly trip to CB. read more

Callie was wonderful! I got a Swedish massage and feel so relaxed. The oils she used smelled so amazing and made my skin feel so soft. Gabby was my therapist this afternoon and I cannot say enough good things about "her" and her services. When I first walked in she was absolutely stunning looking and so nice and soft spoken. She began with the salt scrub and finally I received a scrub that actually felt like a scrub, incredible! She then took me to the shower to shower off and then I returned to the room to enjoy one of the best massages I have had in forever. It was slow and very thorough coving every spot that I needed.
