I can only say that, faced with a series of consultations in relation to a problem for the registration of a cat (which we have adopted) in the registry of Lombardy, all are done via email (and therefore in a not invasive way), to at some point the doctor answered me in a totally rude way, not at all polite and not at all professional with the following sentence (textual words):
"Listen doctor, I can't take it anymore. Go to someone else, thank you. From now on I won't answer you anymore. Don't even come to the clinic. For matters of life or death of your cats there are emergency services, the rest is there. another colleague will think, I'm sorry but I can't stand it anymore. "
I believe that a professional should never go down to these levels of communication.
You do it if you want to entrust the care of your pet to a person (because unfortunately I can't use the word "professional") capable of reacting in this way with a potential customer. read more
