I met Mr. Jim Walsh at a time when I really needed a kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable person to help me down a road I never thought I would have to travel to so soon. Mr. Walsh treated my family and I with kindness, respect, and candor. He was able to help my family and I find a way to show love and tribute to my biggest brother. Jim spoke so elequently in a way that made everyone feel at ease. I had several people come to me and say they were touched in one way or another by different portions of the service and even had people tell me "hey i really like that guy" even though they had never met him one on one. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable location with many conversation pieces and private areas for reflection. What a beautiful building and welcoming atmosphere. I really felt at ease when I showed up to the final service at the century and saw Jim was there as promised doting every I and crossing every T. His last words to family and I left us with peace and offered comfort in the worst of times. Best of all he made it all seem so effortless and made us feel like we were right where we belonged. From the moment I walked out of the door at Faulmann and Walsh after meeting Mr. Walsh for the time I felt like everything was under control and would be ok. I called the funeral home last week upon the death of my grandmother, on behalf of my grief stricken mother, to talk to Amanda. Amanda should be fired for fueling the fire in a rather interesting family dynamic. This included Amanda not wanting to provide a public document of a death certificate, not allowing photos from my mother into the funeral home and not expressing any concern for our flowers to be placed appropriately. Not to mention the worst of it, but she had the audacity to ask if my mother was attending her own mother's visitation. The nerve of her. All of these issues were resolved once corporate was called. Amanda has no care or concern for our grieving family or any regard for confidentially after it was asked to be kept.
