I've noticed that Spanish ice cream tastes tend to run toward the elaborate concoctions, such as the Tres Chocolates which features white, milk, and dark chocolate ice cream, or the Malaga ice cream with its sweet Malaga wine and raisins. They can also provide milkshakes, and have yogurts available. The one quirk about them -- and this may hold for other Spanish ice cream parlors -- is that you order according to the size of your cone, and can choose no more than two flavors.
