The shop features some amazing pieces - all vintage style with funky designs - very unique and unlike anything I have seen before. They also have some great sale items such as a pair of vintage shoes down to £25 from around £60. They sell some gorgeous dresses and it is a shame the shop isn't more prominent. I guess the fashionistas of London are all aware that the true fashion gems are all hidden away behind the High Street giants, so I'm sure this shop won't stay undiscovered for too long!

Not to say they're expensive but there were some super cute vintage things priced in the low to mid £20 range which is more in my ballpark and took the bulk of my attention. Although I didn't buy anything on that first trip, I recently returned determined to make one of those vintage dresses mine. I tried on three items from the vintage racks but nothing fit quite right. I was bummed. The staff was pleasant and helpful and I would love to buy something from this shop. I'm not sure how often they replenish their vintage items but I'll be checking in every once in a while for a fresh perusal.

This place is like an aladdin's cave of the ridiculous. My friends were holding a pirate party and I happened to find this place at the last minute. There was a whole aisle just for pirate gear. I was in heaven. The staff were really helpful, I guess it has to be a pretty fun place to work, but even so, they were perfectly willing to indulge any degree of craziness, which was a good job in my case. Even if you don't live in the area, if you have a fancy dress party to attend, it is well worth the trip.

Before the smoking ban they even were allowed to enter in with their light cigarettes - that is how easy going this place is. From the bottom to the top there are shelving with anything from nails, toolboxes, tubes, window handles etc. I once made my way there as my window screw broke. They had several versions of my broken example and I could close my window in a couple of hours again. That was a relieve. They also have more stock in the backrooms, therefore whatever you need, ask - they might have it. What I appreciate, even though there is a counter where you get served, you are allowed to have a look around. The service is very polite even when you only buy 4 screws.

The ice cream cones either in cones or tubs. The staff are super friendly and efficient, and are currently open but with covid restrictions. Strongly recommended for a family treat.
