Customer Service is the worst!! The granny at the register is so rude. I felt like I was a 5 year old child being scolded just placing my order. Received my order. Cheddar broccoli soup was bad. Walked up to the counter to speak to one of the ladies in a very low voice to let her know the soup was bad. She and everyone else was confused. Or scared. The granny at the register stopped taking her customers order to let me know in a very loud an aggressive voice that I was the only one who had complained about the soup being bad. I informed her I was trying to be courteous and let her know before they served someone else the bad soup. She then ignored me and proceeded to take her customers order. I wasn't requesting much less expecting a refund or discount. This granny is surely lacking customer service skills. She's mean and very disrespectful. I order with UberEats and they are okay sending spoiled food. I order 3 Nutella crepes and only one with a cheesecake. When I call to report that the one with the cheesecake was spoiled they told me they never received the my order, after going back and forth with another girl in the store someone else picks the phone and told me "I received the order and got the order ready and cheesecake was fine". She was really rude and didn't let me talk. I hang up decided to see if I could get my money back with the Uber app. This is my last time getting something from this place . Low key addicted to their Nutella crepes at the moment. Also all their coffee drinks are delicious - cheaper than Starbucks and 100% worth it! So far I've only been there when I've had a sweet tooth, because they also have options for ice cream on your crepe and other delicious desserts. However I'd love to try their savory menu items as well. The line to order moves fast, but prepping your food is slow. Thankfully it's always been worth the wait - but I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a rush! Wish there was more seating, but overall it's a nice place to sit down and eat. Ahhh, my husband and I live just around the corner of this place and have not tried this place since before pandemic we honestly forgot if it was good or not. This place surpassed all of our expectations. We both really enjoyed our crepes my husband also got a croissant breakfast sandwich and he really enjoyed it! The decor and atmosphere is very cozy and twee. The music is never too loud and the tables can sit from 1-5 persons. The food is great. Crepe Station is just yards away from the Las Vegas Wash Trail and they didn't mind that I brought my fancy road bike into the location. "I'll have a better day if you STOP talking to me" "Stop talking to her too" I guess that's the way the daughter of the owner talks to customers. I've been coming here for years and this is the first time I was treated like middle school and not a business. I came in and was waiting for maybe like 5 mins without being acknowledged even though she saw me like 3 times while she was sitting down. I didn't approach her because I wasn't sure if she was on her break so I waited. I then finally ask and she replied with attitude trying to argue and says "You should've asked we were over there talking and you saw so" and I'm sorry but customer service and if she's in charge of the place you at least say hi or some sort of acknowledgement if you see someone standing for more than 5 mins. The other girl a little younger maybe then came to help and she was friendly and always has been for the times I've came. But I was then explaining that I wasn't sure if the other girl was on her break so I didn't want to bother her and then the girl told me she was feeling sick so I said I hope she feels better and then the rude one said "I'll feel better if you stop talking to me" I then replied I wasn't talking to you I was as talking to her and she then said "stop talking to her too" again in a really rude way. I loved this place but sadly if the owners are leaving it to her to be in charge of its going to go downhill. Not to mention that she made my crepe RAW but at that point I wasn't trying to argue. I grew up in the Sunrise neighborhood and during my childhood, it was a true desert, especially concerning dessert options. Normally we would just go down to the grocery store for a pack of cookies. For the past couple of years, the area has been growing, so new shops have moved in, Crepe Station being one of them. I have had them bookmarked for awhile and was craving something sweet, so paid a visit. I like that they're open pretty late. Makes it easier for patrons to really enjoy the dessert hour. The shop is colorful and clean. The prices are reasonable. I had a lechera crepe with peaches and berries. I'm docking the two stars because the service wasn't the best and the crepe wasn't super great either. I thought it was just okay.
