I also snagged a chocolate donut that was light, fluffy, and topped with just the right amount of frosting. Fully worth the calories and the mild shame that followed. The staff was a little underwhelming, but to be fair it looked like a squad of high school students who would rather be anywhere else... including arguing with their parents about curfew. After a pretty early trip to the dog park on Saturday morning, me and Bruno drove up to Crestline after scoping out Yelp and seeing plenty of outdoor patio space. We arrived shortly after 11:00 on a Monday and they really weren't too crowded. Just a few people ahead of us placing orders. Gave us a few minutes to look over the menu and see what all they had. I went with the: Spicy Roast Beef Club - Angus Roast Beef , Vermont Cheddar and Crispy Bacon Toasted on our Fresh Baked Focaccia with Horseradish Mayo, Mixed Greens and Vine Ripe Tomatoes (No tomato and horseradish mayo on the side). All in all it had a good fresh flavor that came in at what I would consider to be a fair price point (maybe towards the high end - but still fair). Food comes out pretty quickly and the staff were all really friendly. I would have to say that Crestline Bagel Co is on my return to list in the future. Bagel quality, outstanding. Cream cheese, dreamy. Selection, something for everyone. Location, too convenient for me to escape so many luscious carbs. The texture of the bagels is just.. other worldly. They have a great selection of baked goods and beverages too. I love that they have seasonal menus. They have an almost overwhelming amount of sandwich options, which tells me this must be a wonderful lunch place. I don't know if I'll be able to branch away trying all the different bagel flavors and different cream cheeses for quite some time, mainly because I REALLY love a bagel and cream cheese on its own. The staff was super friendly and patient when I was very indecisive on my first visit. This has become my husband's go to lunch spot. Couldn't ask for more from a bagel spot! read more

I have gone to the Crestline Bagel in Crestwood Village for years. It is one of my favorite places to grab a quick breakfast in town. And it has been for years. I came to this location for a work meeting and wasn't able to write a review. So this is the first time I came all on my own. Well... on my own with the family. On a Sunday morning, I knew the line would be long. And it was. But we did notice that they do online ordering. So as opposed to waiting in line for 20 minutes with 4 year olds, we did that instead and found a table. Kids got awesome donuts and we got our favorite breakfast bagel sandwiches. One of the workers actually brought our order to us to explain why there were two different donut varieties. Which was really nice. They are doing different cups for refills. And the ambiance is incredible with the garden shop next door. Their garlic bagel makes my heart so happy. Go to Crestline Bagel (either location) whenever you get the chance. read more

Man, I don't know what happened to Crestline bagel but they're going from bad to worse. I used to love coming here, but then I started noticing that the staff was bitchy and if they weren't bitchy, they were left by themselves to fend for all the people in linethis morning there was one young lady there so getting a dozen bagel not even cut took 15 minutes. They usually don't have sweet tea available, but the cashier helped me out by just adding simple syrup to their unsweet tea. They had Ms. Vickie's chips (an unexpected plus) and a few other side options. My bagel was toasted just right, and was an overall great version of the classic. Ok so my second time this week visiting this location. I tried the tasty Turkey on multigrain bread and it was delicious. I also picked up a lemon poppyseed muffin for hubs. I do want to highlight what happened to my coworker. She went to order and noticed the amount didnt add up. The menus had not been updated with their price increase. She asked for them to honor the price listed but the cashier couldn't adjust it because a manager wasn't on site. I would think the business should always make sure someone can handle situations like this and probably best to update your menus to avoid situations like this in the future. Their clientele is mostly ladies of leisure or SAHM who I'm sure are not paying attention to their receipts but people who are serious about their coins do not play! Crestline bagel is a really cool place to relax and eat breakfast. It's next to/built into leaf and petal (garden shop) so there is beautiful flowers and vegetation everywhere. Now onto the food, their bagels are delicious with a nice variety. (I always get a garlic bagel with bacon, egg and cheese). Recently my fiancé tried their eggel (sausage, egg and cheese baked into a bagel), it was actually really disappointing, there was barely any ingredients in it other than a bagel so we had to order him something else. They are pretty pricy for breakfast (we spent 16 dollars on two breakfast items and a coffee, one being that disappointing eggel). Really don't get it, because they sandwiches are far more filling and you'll be much happier, plus you can create your own variety. We've had their muffins (delicious), cookies (fantastic), and donuts. No complaints there! read more
