Redid the lenses in another set of frames - still have focus issues as the new frames keep shifting in their fit. Repeated visits without a satisfactory conclusion. Got the cold shoulder from staff and in the end just plain gave up dealing with them.

But after my exam he told me he felt I needed to go to the hospital. That he thought it was something more severe. Turns out I was a Type 1 diabetic. Diagnosed by my optometrist. I just recently went back in 2015 and saw Dr Gimness again. This time I do need glasses. And the time he took and the in depth explanations I was given telling me how things work and what happens with my particular disease and my eyes was great. He definitely cares about his patients and is a wonderful doctor. Highly recommended.
