I have never seen a shopping center that the majority of their stores close at 6pm or 7pm DURING THE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING SEASON! I'm speechless why the landlords would allow their tenants to close that early. This is exactly why people just shop online. My adult sister, who does not like to shop, went to Dillards today in Crestview Hills Town Center to shop for clothes to wear to our Mother's funeral. When she arrived back at my home she was just done with the whole experience but in the midst of her reiterating her displeasure in shopping she began to sing the praises of two sales associates who served her well in her pursuit of clothing that would look good on her. She could remember that one of the ladies was named Shirley. She hopes that management will relay her Kudos for a job well done. read more

I love Crestview! A short drive, it has a Chicos, Dillards, DSW, and so much more. It looks fairly new, and they're still adding stores. One of the latest was Trader Joe's. Where would we be without Trader Joe's? And since it's located in Kentucky there's a liquor store. Who knew? Not as cheap as Costco, but certainly cheaper than Ohio. Nice selection as well. And when they had a freezer problem shortly after opening, the donated all the food to a local food bank. Even if I didn't love them, I would after that. read more

This is a great outdoor shopping center! It is conveniently located right off of 75. There is a great variety of shops and something for everyone - pets (Pet People), grocery store (Trader Joe's), kid stores (Carter's), departments stores (Dillards), and little boutiques (Francesca's). There are a variety of bars, restaurants, fast food options (like Moe's), coffee shops (Starbucks). It is nice being so close to this outdoor mall! read more

First time visiting this mall. First and foremost I am in love with the layout of this place. Some stores you can drive right up too and walk right in. There's tons of retail outlets! There's a small designated area where eateries and restaurants are at. There's a giant Dillard's that oversees this mall. Tons of stores that I've never heard of too. Definitely reccomend read more

Like I said in my Florence Mall review, I go there to buy, but I go here to shop. It's much more of a stay and linger atmosphere (although there is something strangely comforting about a food court, something that Crestview does not have). Parking can get a little tricky in the middle parts of the center, so I try to park in the back and suck up the walk when I can. Which is most of the time because I'm usually going to New York & Company, strategically located in the back corner. About once a year they send out a coupon booklet that covers a lot of the stores and restaurants. Another tip is to come in from the Turkeyfoot entrance if you're going to Bed Bath & Beyond or one of the other businesses in the back of the complex, so you don't have to deal with a zillion stop signs in between. read more

Crestview is a good small shopping center. They don't have a ton of stores but they have some of the basic ones like Dillard's and DSW. It's very easy to get around and never super crowded. There's also a bunch of restaurants around the shopping center and area. read more

Bed Bath and way Beyond is like Kmart. It 's last days are near. They carry very little stock and someone who works at store told me to go online. I did but used amazon two day delivery. read more

I consider this the best (only?) mall in N. Ky. The Florence Mall really doesn't count for me, although I have reviewed a couple of places there. This is comparable to Rookwood and some other malls, although smaller. It seems like they are of a similar design. Anyway, my favorites here are Hoggy's, Moe's, Panera, Dillard's, Kirkland's, Jos. A. Banks, Coldwater Creek, and Chico's. Ok, maybe most of those are all chain establishments. There's also an Argentine Bean (haven't been there, but plan to go), John Phillips (see separate review), Abuelo's (see separate review), and many other restaurants and stores. I usually shop at Rookwood Commons area in Hyde Park. My friend and I wanted to stop by a couple places in Crestview Hills Town Center. We wanted to do a wine tasting at the Elk Creek Winery. This is my first time shopping here in the Kentucky area and I was pretty impressed on how much stores they have at this location. It's very clean and easy access to get in and out of. Shopping they have everything you can think of from beauty products to men's and women's apparel (Banana Republic, Bath and Body Works, Dillards, Elk Creek Winery, European Wax Center, Sephora, Hallmark, DSW, and more.) There is also Dining in the area (Abuelo's, Buffalo Wing and Rings, Carraba's, First Watch, Cold Stone Creamery, Panera Bread, and more. From time to time Crestview Hills Town Center has events (summer concerts), make sure to check out their website for more info. If I am ever in the Kentucky area, I will not even go to Malls, this will be my go to place. read more

All of it's stores have outdoor entrances so it's great to come on a nice day to catch some rays and get some exercise in the process. I love the Crestview Hills Town Center. It seriously saved that sad slab of land that was formerly the Crestview Hills Mall (which was basically Dillards and a few other sad stores... surrounded by a huge parking lot and a random ATM machine) and has brought some much needed dining and shopping options to the area. This town center is slightly smaller than others in the greater Cincinnati area (mostly I'm looking at you, Deerfield Town Center) but it's manageable and easy to navigate. The restaurants all face Dixie Highway and the retail shopping is behind the restaurants, setup in a loop. Either end is anchored by a large retailer - Dillards on one end and Joseph-Beth on the other. There is a great variety of retail and dining in the town center. There are affordable restaurant options (Deweys, Panera, Moe's Southwest Grill, etc...) but also slightly pricier options that are good for a date or nice night out (Abuelo's, Carrabbas...). They're all chains, but that's kind of the nature of a town center. Actually there is one non-chain restaurant - Argentine Bean. The shopping is fun. When the weather is nice I really enjoy just walking around the sidewalks in front of the stores. It's a nice, easy loop. Parking can be a pain in the butt in the loop for retail, but even if you have to park in one of the outer lots not in the loop, it isn't a bad walk. In the summer, several restaurants have live music and other events. The town center itself has events throughout the year so check their website to see what's going on. read more

Clothing shops, hair and nail salons, Dillard's, DSW, and too many others to mention. If you're hungry, there is plenty of options to choose from also. I love outdoor malls - the fresh air, the lack of shoulder-to-shoulder meandering that you find at indoor malls... it's just great. In this sense, Crestview Towne Center is truly a great outdoor mall. I've shopped here even in the winter, and so do many others which proves that this place just works. There's no food court, which I consider to be a fantastic asset! Instead you have full restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops... and lots of them! There is also plenty of parking, which all malls should and [generally] do have. I'd give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for one thing - lack of popular stores. Sure, there's a Victoria's Secret, DSW, The Body Shop, and a Children's Store (or is it Gymboree?)... but where's Pacific Sunwear, The Gap, and Express? Other than Dillard's, there are no affordable clothing stores in the entire mall. Sure, I could go to Banana Republic or White House/Black Market... but those places are a bit too pricey for me to just walk in and get a pair of jeans and a tank top without my wallet hurting afterwards. Knock down one of the many beauty shops that nobody ever goes to and give us an Express instead! (Please?) Bottom line: I love coming here. I do trivia at The Pub, I get coffee at Starbucks, I get fat at Five Guys, I get all my apartment's needs at Bed Bat and Beyond, and I browse for books at Borders... it's definitely one of my favorite area malls that I don't hesitate to drive south of the river to go to! read more

I want to really like this place, but I find the traffic and parking very frustrating, even midday during the week. The "inner shops" such as Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, etc are the hardest to access with one way traffic on each side and limited parking. Be ready to do some walking people! The Starbucks here is always mobbed (but that's a separate review to be done). Overall there is a really nice selection of higher quality fast food, and chain restaurants, as well as specialty stores. Outdoor shopping centers are back, and this one is upscale as you wont really find any "Cheap" stores. DEFINITELY better than Rookwood! read more

The best attempt at an outdoor open area mall in Cincinnati yet Crestview Hills Town Center is an incredible place to go if you're looking for good food, good shopping, or both. The set-up is very patron friendly because all (well, the majority) the restaurants are located on the front side,facing the road, showing anyone driving by what's available to eat, and then tucked away right behind them are all the shops available for shopping before or after dinner, or while waiting for a table. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from but my wife and I really like Abeulo, a great Mexican restaurant. Shopping wise, you could goto Dillard's or there's a game store there as well. For the best outdoor shopping experience in Cincy, I'd cross the river and head to Crestview. read more

Nice outdoor shopping mall. Geared towards older adults and families. Not much shopping for 15-23 year olds. Not American Eagle or Forever 21 or things of that nature. Pretty good outdoor shopping center, this is my second favorite one in the Cincinnati area, my first being the Cincinnati Premium Outlets stores in Monroe OH. The shopping center is in a pretty nice town as well in Crestview Hills. Great summer hangout, I love the eating options they have way better than Kenwood Town Centre mall area. They have all the big box chains and the stores are reasonably priced compared to the stores in Kenwood. Overall a great shopping experience, I like Dillard's as well better than Macy's. Dillard has a great selection and way cheaper than Nordstrom's. Nice outdoor mall. I will be back. read more

The days of the shopping mall is over and the days of the out door stores are here! I really love these shoppes! The only complaint that I have is parking, it is very hard to find parking that isn't handicapped or parking that is some decorative plant or brick. For the amount of stores they have they do not have the amount of parking to accommodate the customers at times it's really busy. I steer clear on the weekends because it can get pretty messy with it being one way. read more

Nice place if you like outdoor malls

I had a bad experience driving through this place. There was a truck on the wrong side of the road with its flashers on. I was trying to get through but they wouldn't move. I pulled around it rolled my window down and let them know they shouldn't be blocking traffic. The lady was very rude and said that someone was working and called me a B**** along with a few other choice words I called the store and they were parked next to and he said it was the maintenance man's truck. the lady was in the passenger seat. I called the town center and they said they would call security and have them call me back. No one called me back. I did get the licence plate number and was to make sure that no one else is treated this way by maintenance people. read more
