The restaurant is located in the lobby of the Hotel Indigo and is light, open, kind of old world elegance meets boho chic vibe. We were immediately greeted and seated. I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and sweetener and it was shaken to perfection. My French toast with berry compote was absolutely delicious. Service was pleasant and efficient. A truly epic festival of biblical proportions. It's so simple... round up many of the great…read morebreweries, vintners, and distilleries in the Triad area and around the state of North Carolina, pack the house at the Benton Convention center in Winston-Salem, and sell tickets so people can try them all! But wait... there's more. Also, invite some of the area's premier restaurants to participate in a Macaroni and Cheese cook off competition, so that these people have some delicious carbohydrates to pile all the delicious booze on top off! The combination of these things made for an incredibly fun day. There was also live music, Tap that Axe had set up their mobile throwing station for some axe throwing fun, and there were also other food and drink vendors there as well giving out free samples of the non-alcoholic variety.
