BAD! BAD! BAD EXPERIENCE They gave me someone else's CD xrays with 2 titanium plates in their neck. My doctor said; "Why didn't you tell me you had this surgery done?" I said; "That's not me" In severe pain drove 1 hour back home. Had to wait another 30 days (in pain) to have my procedure done. My Doctor sent in a referral to perform two MRIs with and without contrast. After failing to reach the vein in my hand to inject the "dye", I was told by the tech that the MRI without contrast looked good. I never received the contrast MRI. I wasted my time because my neurologist requires the images with contrast so another referral was put in on the same day but to have the MRIs he initially requested (with and without contrast) performed on base. read more

Great service, helpful with pricing, payments, and exceedingly fast with results. What they are not is efficient. I signed in at 11:00 for an 11:30 appt and was called back after 12:30 because "No one told me you were here. I thought you were a no-show!" Unacceptable. I'm a veteran, served ten year's and they treated me as cold as ice. They rambled on about how good they are, never giving me a chance to speak. When I finally got a chance, they told me that "they were doing me a favor".? WTH.! They had a eighty year old lady at the front desk and she hadn't a clue what she was doing. Sorry,no disrespect to her. They have a fan in the mri machine but the woman wouldn't turn it on for me. The refused to give me a 2nd disc, wanted too charge me just to copy the disc and at a ridicules price. Their was No doctor their and I too was made to wait an hour after my twelve noon appointment. I was right in front of the front desk, the elderly woman looked at me several times but never told the nurse. I was there and they blamed me for not letting them know that I was their. I just called to confirm info for a bill. Patient accounts connected and you could hear the person typing and people in the background. They would not acknowledge after several attempts that I was on the line. Horrendous service!! read more
