The reason for the miscommunication is valid and we now understand. If we had known about it from the beginning, I would have never left a bad review for her. Other than that we are happy with the services she provided. In fairness I think it best to amend the review and state that the work she did for us was exceptional. Lesson learned. Communication is the key.
