Also the day we made the calls was Friday afternoon and was able to set up an appointment for the following Monday morning @9:00AM vs (TCT) who had no available appointments because they were not even booking any work and was told to CALL BACK IN A COUPLE WEEKS " what the heck?!" Are these guys at (TCT) for real? Yea, I'll wait around and call back in a couple weeks just to see if they can tint my car, NOT!!!!!!! Jason & Jaydn @ Crews Customs answered our call and was super professional and legit from the jump! I got no run around BS, they answered all my questions, booked the work to tint my girlfriends car, and it was that simple! How it should be, period!!!!! Let's not forget I had to leave a voicemail on the Sunday before Monday that the work was scheduled for to reschedule due to a camping trip that was extended... By the time we made it back to town and was back in cell phone range, Jaydn had already returned our call leaving a voicemail asking if we could make it later that day in the afternoon, but unfortunately we just missed the time she quoted us for by 15 minutes when we were able to check the voicemail Jaydn left for us ‍hahaha... We called back right then and she was still super helpful and nice in setting us up with an appointment for the 3rd time lol which was the morning of the next day! When My girlfriend and I showed up I let my girl ask all the questions and pick out what she wanted, so if a female can go in the CREWS CUSTOMS SHOP and leave without being confused and feeling confident she wasn't being takin advantage of, it's safe and legit for anyone to have Crews do their work! BTW, all the work was done in 45minutes W/ ZERO FLAWS!!! What other shop not only offers that kind of turn around time, but can even compete with that kind of work Ethic?! Crews performed the protective film installation on my new Jeep Cherokee. A few days later I scraped the driver-side mirror HARD against the center divider when backing out of my garage. The coating saved the mirror from damage. It would probably have cost over $500 to replace that mirror, but Jason and Co. replaced the coating for 1/10 of that. Also, they were able to take care of my car with no appointment, and did great work. I decided to have the front windows tinted at the same time, and they turned the whole job around in about 3 hours. Excellent customer service, great work, low prices, and a lifetime guarantee.
