I have beena customer for well over a year. My husband and I both have multiple monthly…read moreprescriptions. For the past three months there has been an issue with one of my meds. My doctor's nurse has called me personally to confirm that it was called in, but the pharmacy says they have no record of it. Last month I stood in the pharmacy and called the nurse. She even gave me the name of the girl she spoke to. When I hung up they basically called her a liar. Today the same thing happened with the same med. I have an email AND a call from my nurse confirming the refill. The pharmacy refuses to yake responsibility for dropping the ball. The only reason I don't switch to another is cost. They are considerably cheaper than others for someone with no ins. Too bad their customer service is bad.

Two prescriptions and within 2 days I was much better. Bacterial infection cleared up in two weeks. But my eye was still weird. So today I stopped back in the store and again they worked me in. I went through another very thorough exam. And the Dr. diagnosed Dry Eye. Duh, the furnace is running all the time, the temps are in the 20's and there is no humidity. Gave me a coupon for a saving on OTC eye drops. Great appointment and no charge for my panic! Dr. Thomas Junk is great and his people are great!
