I had taken a computer to them, but I wasn't gonna be able to pick it up. Three weeks they had it fixed within three days and allowed me to leave it with them for three weeks without charging me a holding fee for it. It was taking up space in their three weeks and they did not charge me. People blame the computer repair shop for everything but you don't blame the doctor for the medicines side effects! The tech that did the repair told me I had to let it run or I would Kill my laptop. I turned it back on and let the update run. Not once but at least 3 time in a week or so. Still uneasy I called back sent in a photo and was told by the same person that is bad shut it down. I took the laptop back and was charged again to fix the same issue????? I do bookwork for several non profits. 1 got hacked and now I have 2 dozen accts locked waiting to reopen new accts in different banks. THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED IF 1. IT WAS FIXED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME AND 2. I WASN'T TOLD TO LET THE SO CALLED UPDATE RUN. DO NOT TAKE ANY LAPTOP OR COMPUTER TO EAGLE HAVEN FOR A CLEANING.
