I paid $120 for the repair and $40 for a glass screen protector. He told me that if anything went wrong with the phone, to bring it back and he would repair it for free. We took the phone back because it stopped working. He said that he couldn't fix it because the problem was coming from "inside of the phone" and when we reminded him that he told us about the warranty he gave us the previous week, he said that he could fix it but it would be $100. When we told him that we weren't paying another $100, he reluctantly said he could repair it for $80. We ended up getting her phone replaced. Remember the $40 glass screen protector? We ended up replacing her phone and when we removed the screen protector, we discovered that it is plastic, not glass. Again, these people are CROOKS!

She went above and beyond to get us set up with new phone line and a new phone. She made us aware of a different device deal that also allowed us to upgrade an existing device. My mom is a senior citizen and isn't very tech savvy; Tessa was super patient and went way out of her way to help my mom finish the set up on her phone. Visited family at the Lake and for some reason my iPhone couldn't get any reception. I know it can…read morebe spotty at my in-laws house but even in town my GPS wasn't working. Mike helped me out and troubleshooter my phone. First reset the phone and then swapped out the SIM card. Seemed to do the trick, but it actually still wasn't working well. The next day, I went back and Mike helped me talk to Verizon support and had them send me a new phone since it was less than a year old. The next day my phone arrived ($12.99 for FedEx) and I went back to see Mike so he could help me switch phones. We backed up my phone and then setup the new phone. He said I could stay as long as I needed so my phone app could download all of my apps. Mikes a great guy and helped me for hours without even making a cent off me. The fellow there had failed to handle the return properly. This office on Broadway helped me out by accepting my paying off of the balance and crediting it back to me so that I could get my needed replacement. They didn't have to do that crediting. I did inform that other office of their mistake. When the hapless agent asked if there was anything else he could do, I resisted the urge to tell him to pay me out of his pocket, and instead simply said, "Nothing whatsoever." He understood.
