It felt like I had a castle in the sky. The lounge itself was top notch and always had snacks available. The lounge is on 11th and 12th floor, creatively designed like a duplex. Breakfast here is added much healthier choices that I like a lot. I typically don't eat dinners at hotels, but I tried on the first night after I walked around nearby and didn't find anything interested me. I ordered shrimp pasta from the hotel restaurant and a soup that evening. And I was extremely impressed how delicious it was and I ordered again later on another night. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Frankfurt. Super convenient to city center including the opera house.

Our room was nice, AC worked well. The shower had hot water but -1 star because it was kind of awkward to get in/out of. If you're older, disabled, or a larger body it might be very difficult for you because the step up is steep and through a tight space wedged between the glass and the bathroom counter. (I write this as a 5'4" 140lb woman) also the bathtub would not fill up - only knee level or so and it would stop. The restaurant & bar were very nice. Enjoyed the food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was good, plenty of options.

This is truly a 5-Star property with luxury guest rooms, amazing views, central location and superb service. We were fortune to be upgraded to a junior suite by Marriott Bonvoy. The floor to ceiling windows on the 23rd floor offered a stunning view of the Frankfurt skyline. My Bonvoy status provided complimentary breakfast each morning. An amazing spread of prepared and cook-to-order items. The hotel recruited German painter Hartwig Ebersbach to create 230 paintings, which are placed throughout the hotel, including one in each guest room. I want to commend the concierge staff of Timo, David and Isabel. They went above and beyond in helping finalize our touring plans. The hotel provides access to the Fitness First gym next door, that you access via the sixth floor. Every possible type of workout equipment is available at no cost. The Zell shopping center is adjacent and has four levels of amazing shops and restaurants to explore.

The bathroom was small but functional and we loved the rainshower. We arrived very early and we were very happy that the reception staff allowed us to check into our room straight away. The area around the hotel seems really safe, but if you want to eat or shop nearby you have to head towards the dodgy Hauptbahnhof. There is a top shelf onsite restaurant and room service (see menu pictures). The staff is wonderful as well, and everyone spoke English as well as German. Next to the front desk, there is a Pantry with snacks, etc for purchase and an ice machine and microwave, which is nice for leftover takeaway. I booked a Viator Rhine river day tour and the pick up points was less than a 10 minute walk away. I was most impressed with my dinner at the Garden Grille restaurant. I typically will search out a non-hotel restaurant for dinner. However, after looking at the menu (see pictures), I chose to dine in. I ordered the mixed fish grill.
