They did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment, were conversational with my parents who were in desperate need of exactly that, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. We continued to employ them afterwards because of how much my parents like having them around. My mother recently passed and a few days before it happened, we knew that the scheduled cleaning wasn't going to be necessary. I explained the situation and their response was prompt, compassionate, and filled with well-wishing's.
