I've continued calling weekly and spoken to multiple people at Terminix--every time I'm told it will be resolved, and it never is. I also haven't received any updated loan documents or confirmation via email as promised. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Make sure you do lots of research on the best company or just use DIY methods (works just as good). DO NOT HIRE TERMINIX!!! Worst company ever! Also they have had lots of law suits against them.
