Her home is very clean, and she takes excellent care of my dogs when I am gone for long stretches of time. She will allow dogs who are social to socialize, but separate the ones that need to be separated. My pups definitely view Macatawa Pet Care as their second home and virtually run into Robin's home as soon as we pull up and open the car doors.

The last two times we've came, we've asked the staff to check him for matting because we understand that if he does, he needs to be shaved. Both times they have told us he had no matting but turned around and shaved him without telling us and charged an extra $30 for "dematting", as well as an up charged us for a "better shampoo". When addressed with the issue, nothing was done to resolve it. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.
