Absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money we were putting down. The only saving grace and why it gets a single "star" is because the traveling notary was super convenient. Loved that they were able to come to our home instead of us having to go to them. While this was my first home buying experience I don't have anything to compare it to, but honestly chick fil a has better customer service if that tells you anything.
