We waited and waited to get the information on how to pay the earnest money then when it was getting close to being due I finally called to try to get instructions and they said we had already paid. Which it had to because we paid the earnest money. After way too much back and forth they EVENTUALLY figured out our escrow team - Shannon something and Nathan Galinat never put our info in correctly so the tech team couldn't find me. Absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money we were putting down. The only saving grace and why it gets a single "star" is because the traveling notary was super convenient. Loved that they were able to come to our home instead of us having to go to them. While this was my first home buying experience I don't have anything to compare it to, but honestly chick fil a has better customer service if that tells you anything.
