Because your website clearly states that you offer 24/7 emergency services, I called expecting at the very least some level of urgency, compassion, or guidance. Instead, I was essentially told "good luck." When a pet owner is scared, desperate, and trying to get help for an animal in pain, that kind of response is incredibly unprofessional and completely lacking in empathy. If a hospital advertises emergency availability, there should be a reliable system in place to either provide care or direct pet owners to immediate help -- not dismiss them in one of the most stressful moments possible. I understand emergencies can be busy, but the total lack of concern for my dog's condition was unacceptable. No pet owner should be left feeling abandoned when their animal is sick and actively suffering. I see why there rating is so low! This place does not seem legit! Good luck Angelina County! What's worse is I was 10 minutes from the establishment and started heading that way once the person on the phone told me that they were talking to their supervisor about meeting me arrived on site and seeing people inside the building. And she told me basically good luck that they couldn't help me. If possible, I would leave a "0" star! After reading the other "0" stars I see an astonishing pattern here.
