    Loaded nachos

Food was the bomb! And the service was spot on. Food came out exceptionally fast (ordering loaded nachos and fish tacos). Ate outside on the deck, perfect time of day (about 6pm), not too hot (for May). No need to dress up, shorts shirt, and flip flops are all you need. Would come back here again for sure.

I went after lunch rush on a Thursday, they seemed a bit under staffed, but the bartender was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I had a flight of beer and absolutely loved the Jingle Berry sour! Yum! Their steak sandwich was very good, but a bit messy. I also enjoyed that their fries were cut in a different way. I absolutely LOVED their decor for Christmas! I have no idea if a specialist came in to decorate, but it sure looked like it!! Absolutely stunning!

New spot for us. Seated fast and greeted by great server and her trainee. Place was slightly busy with off season lunch crowd, Theme is supposed to be a backyard barbque, very relaxed and rustic Spouse had iced Tea unsweetened. Spouse went for grilled shrimp taco salad really good she informed me. I wasn't really hungry so I had the cookout wings, with Alabama white sauce, the wings were just barely done, skin was rubbery and the sauce was way too sweet, I've had Alabama white in mussel shoals where it was invented and this wasn't close. I managed to get five down and the rest went home with me and straight into the trash I asked for a side of fries and got a kid's portion, but they were really good fries so not complaining about that. And a beer was good . $58.00 plus a tip

Friendly service, delicious hummus and pita, great food and a Banana Hammock everyone can look at :)

I came here for a late lunch after a beach day with my best friend and her kids. I was quickly impressed with the beautiful layout, the indoor and outdoor seating, the fresh air, and the colorful and bright decor. They had plenty of seating available when we arrived, despite being pretty busy. Our server had a trainee with her and they were both very friendly and prompt. I ordered a burger and the hammock fries. I was definitely skeptical about the fries because I don't tend to enjoy a thick fry, but these were amazing. They weren't too thick, still had a good crisp to them, and were salted appropriately. They were such a fun shape and the kids loved them too. I thought the burger was fine. Nothing crazy to report either way. Always appreciate a pickle on the side, though! I'd love to come back and sit outside with a beer!

This brewery is more of a restaurant that serves good beer. There is a lot of table space indoor and outdoor, with both an indoor bar and a screened in outdoor bar that we enjoyed our beers on during our visit. Their Sunday brunch menu had numerous delicious sounding options, and the nachos from their normal menu were HUGE. We did not end up trying any food during our visit, but nearly everyone there was getting food and drinks. They also offer wines and mixed drinks

Still waiting for my beer while dad is half done his soda

Great food. Okay beer. Horrible service. It took 20 minutes to get a beer. Most of the beers are too hoppy. Need to have more than 2 non-IPA choices! Servers walking around aimlessly

Love the outdoor vibe at Crooked Hammock. We need more restaurants like this where there is a fun space outside good for kids and dogs. The wait was a while, over 40 min on a Friday night. We ordered quickly and food came out pretty quickly. They have a great play area with slides, games, hammocks and bean bag toss. My kids loved the ping pong. It's fenced in which is nice and has lots of fun lights. The food is ok but not consistently great. I ordered the backyard burger which was really delicious. I ordered spicy mustard on the side and potato salad but neither came out and I had to ask. The potato salad was more of a purée with larger onion pieces which wasn't what I was expecting. It was mainly mayo and also a $2 up charge. The Chardonnay was good and my husband enjoyed the Sway. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the low key vibe and let the kids run and play. They have a kids menu, most are $10 and juice was $3. We always like going while on vacation.

Very cool atmosphere. Had a band playing when we walked in. It was a fun vibe and had a cool setting. Waiter was very nice and fast. Tried their own made beer which was very good. The shrimp corn salad was very good. I will definitely go back again.

The food was below average. The portions were small and we left hungry. The service was good. The atmosphere was playful and fun for kids. The ambiance is fun and playful. When the weather is nice it is a great place.

Super cute restaurant and great to come to with kids. They have a playground in the backyard as well as a few games and hammocks. The food was delicious. Ordered the crab dip which was good and forgot to take a picture of my shrimp taco salad. The reason I gave 3 stars is because service was really lacking. The server had it waiting a long time and continuously got our order wrong or forgot to bring things we'd request.

Fish tacos with a side of potato salad! It was so so good!!!

In spite the busyness, my party of 5 was able to get seated fairly quick, since we chose to sit outside. Though it was a muggy day, there was a nice breeze out in the area by the kids activities. This play area is probably the best draw if you have a family with young kids as there's a playground, ping pong table, cornhole, fuse ball tables, basketball hoops and even an area to kick the ball in the sand. My 7-year old had a blast while we waited for our food. Came here bc of a friend's rec. Got the full steamer pot to share with hubby that came an assortment of clams, mussels, shrimps along with a corn and a few bratwurst. It was yummy but definitely could've had more. Kids said their salmon kids meal were ok as salmon was a bit overcooked and lacking seasoning, however their side of fried brussel sprouts were delicious. My friend seemed to have enjoyed her chicken Philly cheesesteak. Would come back again to take advantage of HH special between 4-6pm, which only applies when inside the restaurant as it would've been 1/2 the price for the steamer pot.

My family stays in Selbyville for our annual vacation…read moreevery June and usually venture up to the Indian River Inlet and down as far as Assateague Island. On a Thursday mid-afternoon we were on our way back to the house from the Indian River Inlet and were in the mood to relax with a beer. Luckily, Bethany Bay Brewing was right on our way home so we took a little detour. The parking lot was pretty empty but to our surprise it was rather crowded. The beertender, Mack, was right there to greet us. She was very nice and helpful, did a great job explaining their tap list, and even gave us recommendations for other local establishments to try out. She also gave us an opportunity to taste any beer before we ordered a pint which is much appreciated! My dad got an IPA while my mom and I got flights (5 pours for $15). I enjoyed all of the beers I tried, especially the Blueberry Blonde and Blood Orange IPA. I would have been happy ordering a full pour of any of the beers I had in my flight (I also had Riptide Double IPA, Dark Seas Chocolate Stout, and Birds Nest Lager). They also provide complementary popcorn to their guests which is a thoughtful gesture. They have seltzers, wines, and ciders available for any non-beer drinkers out there, and I did see a sign signifying discounts for veterans and cyclists! If I lived locally I would definitely be a regular here. Next June I will definitely make it a point to stop in and have another flight of 5 beers I didn't try during this visit. We were very pleased with our short visit and were very happy we made the decision to stop in on our way home.

She was so enthusiastic and a genuine joy to spend the hour with! Our tour got to go up in the treehouse and that was very neat! After the tour (and a little bit during) we tasted many beers that are not available to the general public. It's pretty obvious why this brewery is so popular - all of their beers, even the ones you may not gravitate towards (for us, dark beers) are smooth and well balanced. There are plenty of tables inside and outside and some snacky food options. They have corn hole set up as well. We also think we may have spotted Mr. Sam himself while we were there, which was an added bonus! We ended the day in the gift shop where you can buy beer, canned cocktails, spirits and lots of cool merch!
