Any reasonable person would conclude this was a river view lot, but it wasn't. If I could give Molly McKenney 10 stars it wouldn't be enough. After our last realtor experience, we've been skeptical of all realtors. Molly changed that. She made our experience buying a house and selling our house easy even though it wasn't. We were really impressed with her knowledge that there were times when my mouth literally dropped. This girl does her homework! Not only did our house sell, it got an offer while they were putting the for sale sign up. Even though not everything went smoothly, Molly was always reassuring and kept us calm. Her sense of humor was greatly appreciated.If I EVER buy another house ( and I'm sure she's hoping we don't!
