To my surprise she argued that she gave me exactly what I ordered. The barista pushed the drink back to me then walked away. She returned to pour the drink down the drain after the cashier came over to explain the correct order to her. The "acting manager" also came over to scold me for showing him my previous orders for the same drink at this store. I explained that I did so AFTER my order was paid to question the $2 price increase from the day prior. The acting manager refused to take responsibility for changing my order and blamed me for how the previous manager placed my drink order in store. I Either way, the acting manager should have asked the barista to remake the drink after the cashier explained that it was not what I ordered. The staff should bit accuse the customer of complaining to get a free drink (which did not happen). The price should have been adjusted and I should have been on my way in less than 10 minutes.

The hot coffee, especially the original blend, is really good when it's freshly made. The Caramel Crave Latte is amazing with ice, especially when made correctly by a Dunkin' staff member. The ambiance is casual, with music playing at a moderate volume, unlike other places where it is too loud. Overall, the experience has improved over time, with better customer service from the staff and cleanliness inside this Dunkin' location. How long have I been coming to this Dunkin' location? Ever since it opened a while back. A couple of things I would like to see at this location are more coffee cups and tumblers for sale, similar to what Starbucks offers. It would be amazing if Dunkin' could do something like that.
