Today'a customer service was a disaster. After making the sandwich, the female employee actually…read more*refused* to cut a 6-inch sandwich in half to make it easier for my daughters to share. That's maybe 2 seconds of effort. She refused, even after I explained why it would be helpful-- I mean, have you ever tried to pull a sandwich apart? What a mess! That's the last time I'll stop in there. It's little 2-second gestures that can kill a customer experience.
