Cards were stacked against me from the beginning! It should be known, brought to the attention of the Professionals who deal with domestic violence, child abuse and the ones "SIRT" who are called to investigate! My lawyer refused to submit my affidavit, saying he'd already done so???? How can he write what is needed for the affidavit after making an opinion upon seeing me , after being told previously that the Affidavit lets the Judge see what both sides are saying. If my lawyer "David Raniseth" submitted one what could he have said?or did he? What if anything did he say? or not say? Only he would know. I was not able to write my own affidavit whereas when I adopted a child I was able to write an affidavit. My lawyer Joyce Ruck Depeza who is an AMAZING lawyer and Angel, she expressed the importance that the Judge see both sides. Yet David Raniseth dropped the ball, the affidavit my Husband wrote he did not go over it with me, to get what he'd written and not go through what was fact, fiction and lies. My family was able to write one, yet was not able to testify while his family did. My lawyer made is CRYSTAL CLEAR that he did not want to deal with the other lawyer, bold in your face and crooked. Refusing to see a different Judge, she suddenly was out of town writing a letter to say she did not want to see Justice Lee Anne MacLeod-Archer (Sydney) she refused the court date to wait for Justice Theresa M. Forgeron. My lawyer did not represent me, he let the other lawyer draw up a court order for custody after seeing it, said nothing. He was no longer my lawyer...however a Police Officer was beyond shocked with the court order and suggested I get it changed ASAP. David Raniseth said to a family member, "He would not be going to Heaven after the deals he made" What deal, I was not aware because of an ignorant lawyer, crooked Judge and many OLDER Police, and those who had my Father In Law as their Staff Sergeant. Why do the courts have CAS workers? The workers deal with a lot, they do their job enough that they've been given the ability to remove children...but if said Judge says that CAS didn't do a proper investigation....they are not only casting doubt on the CAS worker, but the Supervisor and their Supervisor...but what do they know, compared to a "cough" well respected Staff Sergeant.... Legal Aid needs a COMPLETE OVERHAUL..! If a lawyer sees the Respondent chatting with the Judge about retirement of the Respondents Father. Right away, conflict of interest.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life, I hired Nash Brogan to get my dog back that had been…read morestolen from me. I told him and his puppet TJ I lost in small claims court so I only have 12 to 13 days left to appeal my case, he said don't worry I'm on it and I find out 5 months later that it had never been appealed, so when they knew that I found this out they refused to answer my calls. I gave him the $3,500.00 that he asked for up front and didn't get that back as of yet. Because of all the lies that was told to me and finding out that I lost my dog now and there is nothing that can be done, and just knowing that my dog is being neglected that way made me land in a mental hospital. I can't understand how even the secretary could lie the way she did along with the other two rats about this whole case. Why or who can anyone do this to a dog for being in a harmful situation and to another human being. My friends and myself cant imagine how these 3 people can be so cold. I would like to know how they can sleep at night. Next step is the news and the barristers society. Take some good advice and don't support these monsters.
