Me Too Pizza - A modified pizza made by Me Too Pizza

For some reason (only known to the people of Williston/Culberston) they have a compulsion to jumble…read morethe sequence of making of a pizza. I don't know what school of thought you may come from (when it comes to Pizzas), but I usually am a Base, Mariana, Cheese, toppings, then herbs person. This place is one of the few eateries in Culberston, that also means they can do as they please. I had experienced 2 pizzas at Me Too Pizza before begrudgingly ordering a third. They were prepared in the following manner. 1: Base 2: Something resembling Tomato Sauce 3: Toppings 4: Cheese (not sure what type). That means, the toppings were buried, under-cooked, mushy, and would fall off the base burning your lips/chin. I decided that if was going to pay for another pizza from this place, it was going to be made how I expected it to be made. As you can expect, Telling someone their product is not how you want it is not something that they want to hear. When I mentioned how I expected it to be made, and also how they were making such pizza faux pas (that lead to a burnt chin aspect) the girl serving me at the business replied "but that's how we make them". It was at that moment that I realized I had bitten off more than I could chew, even before it entered the oven. When I returned to pick it up my modified pizza, the owner just dropped the box of said pizza on the counter returning back to the kitchen without sating a word. Then when I opened the box it to look at my order, he aggressively rushed out exclaiming "Is there a problem with it?!!!!!" Before leaving Culberston, I shared my story with another local, and they mentioned the owner takes exceptions to being told how to prepare his own product. If you want your pizza made your way or modify the preparation, it can be done, it will just take some effort. But if you are a fan of backwards pizzas, then you will be happy. By the way, I posted a photo on here showing the results, and with extra garlic, was the best pizza I had in Montana.

Good pizza. Alas, no beer. It's not like you have lots of choices in Culbertson, Montana. So I was…read morereally pleasantly surprised.
