I told Jean, who answered the phone, that I'd send info about my legal situation, in an email. I contacted the firm by phone and email for over TWO MONTHS, and never heard back. I finally contacted Kenneally, the managing partner, and told him about the lack of response/"free consultation." His only response was, "I'm not going to discuss our office policies with you."  Their advertising of free consultation is BS, and they don't even have the basic manners required to be in business.
