I can still remember coming here every Christmas when we would come to visit my grandparents The holidays of the year. We would always come Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, it was mandatory. It's not a big or large church or shrine at all, but it definitely feels cozy and comfortable. It reminds me of home, because I can always remember and visualize my grandparents sitting next to me in the same pew, reciting every prayer, Word for Word and without hesitation throughout the whole mass. I remember being so impressed as a kid that my grandparents could remember every prayer so well. I still only recall a few of the prayers, but they knew it by heart. This church and priest was hard-core. All of their congregation members knew every prayer by rote. Even the churches by us in Michigan never were able to recite the prayers as they do here. It's church and epitomizes what a traditional Catholic Church is and should be. If my grandparents went, then it was a good and wholesome church. :)
