He took it back to Hinds and they told him it was no longer inside the 2-year warranty and it would cost £500 to fix. This is absolutely appalling. He has since spoken to official Omega stores and they said that after it was serviced the time should be consistent for far more years than just 2. This is absolutely disgusting from a high street shop which my father has been frequenting for years. Unless they fix this he and his family will never be back, and we will be telling all our friends about it and warning them not to go to F.Hinds.
