I have been a member of this box for almost a year and I can honestly say that it has been and continues to be the best fitness experience I've had. The training staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very motivating as well. They focus on a community approach to fitness where everyone is continually championing each other. Carol and Lloyde are amazing at motivating and training. They also are constantly going to training seminars to broaden their knowledge. This is a great community for my wife and myself. Working out isn't always easy to go and do but this gym and this community has made it a very rewarding part of my week. read more
