Dropped in and had a great time. Friendly coaches and members and a great facility. I will be back if I am in the area.

I never leave here without having an amazing workout! I've tried the yoga, hiit classes, and spin. Hiit (Fhiit club here) is definitely my favorite for an entire body workout. One wish? Cheaper prices. Definitely check this place out though!

I have tried different things throughout the years in a futile attempt to find "THE THING" that was going to make me want to exercise. Well, everything except zumba, because I just couldn't get down like that. On Tuesday, my sister texted me that she bought a Groupon for Ride+Reflect, and asked if I wanted to go. Then we could go for sushi after. I said yes almost entirely for the sushi, and thought of 50 different ways I could feign illness or injury to get out of the first part of the night. Cut to this very moment. It's Thursday night, and not only did I make it through the Wednesday night class, I WENT BACK AGAIN TONIGHT. You read that correctly: I participated a vigorous physical activity for a prolonged period of time two calendar days in a row. UNHEARD OF. This place is rad. The people are so nice, and NOT what I expected them to be. They are welcoming, chill, not intimidating and genuinely seem happy you're there. They don't make you feel like an idiot, even if you are one. The cycling room itself is set up in tiers, so everyone is a little bit staggered and can see the instructor, who is illuminated by a heavenly spotlight in the front center of the room. There is a mirror, but the lights are dim so you don't have to stare at your purple, sweaty face the whole time. I don't know that I could do what I did in a fully lit room, to be honest. It's all about the music and the instructor, really. And both nights were superb on both counts. It was the first time in my very spotty athletic history that I actually gave 100%, not because I felt like someone was watching or forcing me to, but because I WAS MOTIVATED TO! However, you can take the entire thing at your own pace. When I felt like I was going to puke, I just toned it down for a few minutes and then challenged myself again. I have one more class left on my Groupon, and then I'm going to have to figure out a way to get back here regularly -- even if it means saying goodbye to a kidney. Just kidding. Joking aside, thank you, Ride+Reflect, for opening my eyes to a form of exercise that I don't have to pretend to like and suffer through. Truly, thank you.

This Cross Fit gym/ box is pretty cool - I love the space they have and the location, tucked away…read morebehind a residential area for easy parking. Given the space/size, there is ample room for a class of 25. I was skeptical at first, but they can definitely accommodate this class size. There is plenty of wall space, rig space, equipment, etc. The cross fitters are focused and hard core here - they push themselves during the EMOM/ WODs, and then, as expected each day, they push through with the "finisher." It changes up every day, but it's like asking your body to sprint when tired, so it's a great additional skill to work on especially when tired. The classes each day and during the week are well thought out and planned for targeting various skills and muscle groups. Each 1 hour block is packed with so much stuff, it's great. There's no "down time," only go time. Go time may be cardio intense or skill intense, but it's always keeping you on your toes. The 2 coaches I met, one of whom is/was the head coach/ founder/ owner, are very friendly and approachable. However, don't let that deter you from seeking or accepting their spot-on advice for different skills. They kind of look like they know what they're doing.. okay, kind of is an understatement. With just a few moments, they can advise you on what else you can do to be better at your skill of concern - cool! The only downside in my opinion is that there is not as much camaraderie among everyone working out as I would have liked. If you don't mind that, this place is perfect. There are clearly small groups of people who know each other and work with each other, but there was not the cheering for everyone or the last folks working out. Oh, and the speaker system/ music is/was fantastic. Loved the music choices - really keeps you energized and going strong! This place is a great choice for locals living around here, and I am certainly very happy with the experience. When back in the area, I hope to return for another class!

I had purchased a LivingSocial deal for CF908 for an unlimited month back in June 2011. At first, I…read morewas intimidated by all the hard bodies & abs I saw, but I got over it & focused on bettering myself. LivingSocial got me in the door, & I wouldn't leave for another 1.5 years. The trainers, Tim, Pat & Allen were all there to help me improve & get stronger. When I started, I couldn't do a pull up, double under, nor had any knowledge of Olympic lifting. They modify the WODs for all levels so don't even use the excuse that you can't do it. You can always do something to make yourself stronger, faster, better, but it all takes time & dedication. Within 6 months, I was a Double Unders monster (which I am very proud of). I left being able to do Rx pull-ups in a WOD, as well as doing Chest to Bar Pull Ups unassisted. I participated in the CF Games Open in 2012 & hit some major PRs which were really exciting. CF908 is an awesome place to learn & the other people there become like a 2nd family. Everyone is friendly & helpful. The other people are there to root you on & are very supportive. I miss everyone at 908. I will always compare all the other CF to 908, but have not yet found another one like it yet. I just might have to move back! :)

I joined Life Time Bridgewater as a premium member, paying nearly $300 per month. As a former…read moretennis player, I was excited to learn pickleball since it is the primary racquet sport offered at this location. Unfortunately, my experience with the pickleball program has been extremely disappointing. While the facility itself is beautiful, the culture on the pickleball courts is the opposite of what I expected from a premium club. The staff came across as gatekeepers rather than customer service professionals. Instead of making members feel welcome, I often felt as though they were deciding whether I was "allowed" to play. As a paying premium member, I should not feel like participation is a privilege granted by staff. The skill assessment process is another major concern. Members are required to pay for an assessment to access different levels of play, yet there is little transparency about how ratings are determined. In my experience, the results did not reflect actual on-court performance, and there was no meaningful explanation of the evaluation criteria. A player can compete successfully against intermediate-level players and still be placed in the beginner category without a clear explanation. A transparent, objective rating system would be much fairer. Reservations can also be canceled without meaningful notice or explanation, making it difficult for members to plan their schedules. After speaking with other members, I found that several expressed similar frustrations about the management of the pickleball program. People join Life Time because it is a premium club, and the membership fees reflect that. Members deserve professionalism, respect, transparency, and consistent customer service. The facilities are outstanding, but the management and customer experience of the Bridgewater pickleball program fell far short of the standards I expected.
