First time signing up for a Planet Fitness. Went inside to…read moresign up after them talking to me they told me I had to sign up on the application. I completed that. They did not tell me any rules about bags. Have been coming here for 2 weeks. I dragged myself to come to the gym today. Once there. I was into my run and an employee stopped me and said that I couldn't have bags having on the hand bar (treadmill machine) they said I needed a locker and a lock that I could purchase there with them. I understood, but felt that I couldn't finish my run in peace because of my bag. Just wished they could have talked to me AFTER. I have been to other gyms and I know bags are not an issue but you would have to get a locker here just FYI for anyone who hasn't been in a Planet Fineness.

I reached out multiple times, and each time I was told someone would get back to me. Eventually, I was told they couldn't retrieve my paystubs, which makes no sense for a company of this size. I really expected better communication and support from the management team, especially when it comes to important documents affecting medical and family leave. This delay caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Disappointed and hoping they can get their internal systems and staff accountability improved.
