When I visit my family, it is normally for a week per trip, so I pop in here and purchase a week pass. Sadly they have recently gone up 60% in price from $25 to $40 for the week. Seems like a huge jump, so if I am unable to commit to every day of my visit, I no longer purchase. The gym is a great size with a great layout and mix of equipment and clearly defined areas. It is two levels with the upstairs being fully reserved for cardio equipment. There is a small space on the first floor that has cardio if stairs are on issue. Machines are in the front part of the main space, while free weights line the back mirrored walls with all varieties of benches, racks, medicine balls, ropes and circuit style accessories. Majority of the equipment and free weights are in rough shape, no pun intended. For the cable machine, most of the accessories are missing all or a portion of the grips, numbers on the weights have rubbed off and seating is worn. This continues through the gym and is noticeable on several machines and free weights/benches. Outside of weights, they do offer tanning, water massage beds, a pool, classes and a juice/protein shake bar. Service is okay. Front desk staff are never really engaging or welcoming, which is odd for a new person walking in to pay for one week what others pay for a month. Overall, I may be spoiled by my home gym, but Onelife Fitness leaves a bit to be desired.

There's plenty of equipment, and it's easy to maneuver through the facility even when it's busy. Busiest times from my experience: Weekdays after 5pm, and Saturdays before 1pm. Least busy times: Weekdays between 10am and 5pm. I like using the Cinema room for cardio because it's not crowded most of the time. It gets a little chilly in there so wearing a hoodie and waist trainer helps with staying warm and working up a good sweat. Downside: They don't offer a lot of classes and the times could be set up better to accommodate more members.

Not the case with NRG. I looked at all the gyms in the area and settled on this one because it's 24 hour access, the equipment is the best that I have ever used, they offer good classes that I enjoy taking. I have never taken a private lesson but see the owner giving them in the gym and it seems that his clients are getting a really good workout. All in all if you want a gym that you can walk in, work out on top notch equipment with no huge lines and crowds then give NRG a go

I was able to get a nice workout in while he practiced and I loved that it wasn't super crowded. Yeah, it was a Friday so maybe that had something to do with it. The gym, or wellness center as it's known here, has plenty of cardio and weightlifting equipment, and there's several classrooms for group fitness classes and a room for cycling. It's safe to say that being s memeber here has its benefits. The staff are awesome and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. Everyone I've come in contact with has been friendly and the people that work here seem to really enjoy what they do. There's also a play center for kids to go to while you workout so there's no excuse to get moving! The space is clean and big enough to where you don't feel suffocated by others in the gym. They also have a fancy pool if you feel like practicing your butterfly. Need a place to workout???? Come to the YMCA!

Today I came to SNAP, absolutely loved it! Amazing selection of equipment, super clean and new tvs everywhere! Not a fan of personal training myself but the personal trainers looked like they were doing a great job with their clients! I was super impressed! Overall super pleased with this gym and recommend it to anyone in the area! The owners are amazing as well. Was able to meet one of them while checking in today and she made me feel right at home.
