Like who is keeping these locked up even when there's clearly not that many males at a given time. The trainers consistently harass you to sign up for a plan. I told more than one trainer over in phone and in person that I did not want their services and to stop calling or emailing me. Yet this did not cease. Finally the predatory cancellation / membership annual renewal fee. They will literally charge and annual renewal fee on top of the next months fee. Doesn't matter if you cancel day of, they'll still charge you. The website offers cancellation form but this location doesn't approve them. I literally had to drive 1.5 hours to get to this location just to cancel and was met with additional fees. All around highly do not recommend this gym unless you don't have other options. Be careful of the cancellation when you do move because they will not hesitate to steal your money.

Thomas offers a different exercise experience using biomechanics. The movements are transversal and you're working moving in different ways and feeling things you wouldn't normally since we're not trained in that type of exercise. I love HIIT because it incorporates boxing! Half of it is boxing for HIIT and it is intense. I thought I was good at boxing until he added those kicks. Now I'm out of breath and confused haha. But it's a great exercise to boost endurance. Thomas also offers some Physical therapy sessions for a cost. I had a great session and have been fine in my elbow since the one session. I love that. If you forget your water, no worries, there's bottles there. Thomas is motivating and helps you through each station. Thomas does a lot. He is super knowledgeable and well rounded. This review is for this studio specifically: I've taken a few classes at this studio while visiting from out of state. This studio is recently opened in the last 6 months and it's a very nicely designed studio! The manager Jen was super friendly my first day. I really loved my classes with the trainer Nadia. She has great energy and introduced herself to me before the class started. She made a point to get to know my name and coach my through class. I also took a class with Brandon. He was a good coach but didn't introduce himself to me or say much to me in class. He knew his regulars to coach. Overall, great studio to visit and I will be back many times while I'm here visiting my family. If you're considering Orangetheory, come try your first class. Every studio offers local residents a first class free!
