Thomas offers a different exercise experience using biomechanics. The movements are transversal and you're working moving in different ways and feeling things you wouldn't normally since we're not trained in that type of exercise. I love HIIT because it incorporates boxing! Half of it is boxing for HIIT and it is intense. I thought I was good at boxing until he added those kicks. Now I'm out of breath and confused haha. But it's a great exercise to boost endurance. Thomas also offers some Physical therapy sessions for a cost. I had a great session and have been fine in my elbow since the one session. I love that. If you forget your water, no worries, there's bottles there. Thomas is motivating and helps you through each station. Thomas does a lot. He is super knowledgeable and well rounded. I was in town visiting and needed to get some cardio in. We got here around 9:15am and the gym was relatively calm for a Saturday morning. The facility was very clean, lots of wipes and spray bottles available. The TVs were working and only 1-2 machines were down in the entire studio. I didn't use the bathroom so can't speak to its cleanliness but I'm sure it was good. There was plenty of parking out front too which was nice.
