I really enjoy living here with my husband and our two cats, the space we have is amazing and it came with everything we were looking for down to the washer and dryer being hooked up already. we love it in the neighborhood, our patio, our home. 10/10 would highly recommend this place. on top of you can barely hear anyone here, maybe a creek in the floors every once in a while and one of our neighbors has the cutest dog ever that literally howls maybe once every couple weeks. this place is literally the perfect place for us and we are so happy here. read more

When we first moved in, we loved this place. We had a 2 story, 2 bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse. With a huge backyard that we shared with our neighbors. I love my neighbors on each side... They were fantastic. We were able to create a little garden in the back, and we're also allowed to put in our own patio. But you must leave the patio there, you cannot take it up when you leave. You can paint the walls, but you must paint them back to white before you leave. I did not care for this rule. I loved having a laundry room in my apartment. You must bring your own washer and dryer but the hook ups are there and making it very convenient. When I was there they did not have assigned parking. I recently visited the old neighbors and now they do. Also my old neighbors have reported that they are now allowing dogs here. Biggest Drawback- in the winter, the downstairs is so cold. Seems like the floor is just concrete with a cheap rug on the top. You can feel the cold radiating up. The good thing is that you have Spencerport electric. Our lowest bill was $13, and our highest bill was about 150 in the winter. read more

The place is a slum. They allow smoking indoors (you should see the brown steaks running down my walls in the bathroom every time I shower) so I can't get the smell of smoke out of my apartment they don't do maintenance so I have part of two of my windows just crumbling away. The cabinets are missing a bunch of veneer, they can't figure out how to get a screen the right size to the window so there's a 1inch gap, basically making the screen useless. The carpet looks like its original from whenever the build was built (probably the 1960s) and many of the heating units are definitely broken. There's an electrical fixture in my kitchen that's not up to code...so that's nice. At least there's a new fridge...after much fighting they FINALLY replaced it because it was so old the internal mechanisms were clogged up and it was dripping water. The walls also have lead paint and the trim they put around the walls (at the edges of the carpet) is upside down and backwards in many areas. The tile in the bathroom looks like it was put up by a 5th grader with no fine motor skills. For the price they charge, $701 for a one bedroom, you could do better just about anywhere else. I came from a newer two bedroom just around the corner for the same price so idk what the deal is here except for the landlord doesn't give a shit. read more

This place is an awful place to live. The rent is way too high for what you get. The maintenance people have no idea what they are doing and for 90% of the problems I've had in my apt, they were never actually fixed and I had to have them keep coming back. The kids here are constantly playing in the parking lots. The tiny dumpsters that they give each lot are always overflowing with trash. When it comes to plowing in the winter, they block all of the cars in with snow so you have to shovel yourself out and they have never put salt on the sidewalks that I have seen. This place is disgusting, overpriced, and I would suggest to anyone not to live here. I love living in the town of Spencerport and it's too bad the people that run this complex let it go downhill. read more

Long story short, my apartment was not ready when i was supposed to move in, it was never cleaned, there was still garbage and kitchen utensils left from the previous tenants. the kitchen was full of crumbs and food. there was hair every where the windows were covered in dead bugs and they were not finished putting in the new appliances on the day we were supposed to move in. Our fridge was covered in mold and i could not get my food out of my old apartment and bring it here for over a week. it took 8 days to get a new fridge.we might as well not have screens because they don't even close all the way and that is after we specifically asked for new ones. when we first moved in one window didn't even have one. when i called about the fridge the lady on the phone was super rude and said "well we told you it would be a week." Listen here lady. the fact that i had a moldy fridge to begin with is disgusting. and the fact that i have to be fully moved out of my other place by a certain time and i cant even move my food here and i already moved in 2 days late because these guys weren't even done with the apartment on our move in date! And i hope you dont expect plowing in the winter because its a joke here. honestly don't live here. after all of that im still paying 900 dollars a month for this place and i am so beyond livid its not even funny. its a two bedroom apartment, not a townhouse. Mike is the only good one who works here. Get out buddy! you deserve better! read more

Staying here temporary. Not a bad apartment complex. Maintenance guys are quick to respond to an issue. Ladies in office are friendly. Some tenants can be a bit interesting but no problem with the ones around us. read more

I lived here with my mom for 19 years when I was growing up. We never really had any problems and everyone was pretty nice. She chose not to renew the lease last fall so we both moved out, and then this past march I moved back with my boyfriend and a friend. Since even before we moved in, we've been getting screwed over by them. First I put a deposit down on one of the front units, and was called a week or so later to ask if I could push my move in date back by 10 days, so I said sure. When it came time to pay our first months rent, we found out they were putting us in the back of the complex, which is whatever but they didn't communicate this to us at all so I had to quickly call Spencerport Electric and Spectrum to change units. Next, we go to look at the townhouse only to find that it is significantly smaller than my old one up front and the one we were supposed to get. When I mentioned this to Megan, she snapped that they were all the same size, even though they clearly aren't. And then we moved in, and a handful of our outlets didn't work, our downstairs toilet was leaking water, our shower wouldn't drain,the list goes on. Finally after living there for two weeks we get it all fixed. And now most recently, I had given Bonny a letter stating I am allowed to have an Emotional Support Animal that will become a service dog. They put down some chemicals in the grass with no letter warning and, given that my dog is a puppy, she picked up something off the ground. She didn't eat it, but whatever was sprayed on the grass was now in her mouth. So naturally I called to make sure whatever they sprayed wasn't toxic to my puppy, and in response they send over Kyle, who was just incredibly rude the entire time insisting they sent out letters and then telling me I'm not allowed to have a dog even though they knew I had her and I'd turned in the papers three weeks prior to the whole situation. Essentially they've been nothing but rude to us (with the exception of Bonny and two of the maintenance guys) and this place has gone downhill by a lot since Megan became the landlady. I'd just avoid the place all together honestly. Megan just has a horrible "I'm better than everyone" attitude and most of the maintenance guys are lazy and rude, and when they do finally show up to do anything if you aren't there to spell it out for them, they'll do nothing. read more
