About a month ago, I finally decided to do something about the back pain I'd been living with since 2020 after injuring myself while lifting a piano. For years, I honestly believed this was something I'd have to live with for the rest of my life. I'm only 28 years old and have a family of four. I've been going to crossroads now for about 3 weeks and it is honestly the best experience I have ever had. Dr.Brad has been amazing and really makes you feel comfortable while you're in there. I was having chronic neck and back pain due to a few slips and bad posture on top of that. After years of trying to cure it with massages or just ignoring I decided to give chiropractic a try. I was skeptical about chiropractic because you hear horror stories about bad doctors who make you worse than you started, that is not the case here. From the beginning the entire staff was friendly and welcoming not to mention flexible! I just graduated college so the last thing I needed was more bills on top of my loans not to mention my crazy work schedule that made any normal time near impossible for me to come in. Not only do they have payment plans they are super reasonable monthly payments. I also love the fact that they have weird hours so I can come in super early before my work shifts and leave in plenty of time for work. The chiropractor seems to know what he's talking about and knows how to adjust, but despite looking at my X-rays he manages to adjust me in the wrong area. The last visit I canceled all future appointments and will not go back. I asked why he didn't adjust my back where I needed it and he told me he would discuss that with me, but he never did. He does the same routine over and over, except the last time--which was the last straw. And they also triple book appointments, so expect a tidy wait. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Brad for about 5 years now. I am 34 and used to be a runner in my early 20ties. My one hip always seems to go out and I need adjusting. My first visit Dr. Brad did a full work up and we decided on an action plan. I improved greatly from that first visit. Then when I got pregnant with my first baby I needed more treatment before and after birth. Here I am on my second pregnancy and they are always so accommodating with my schedule and they have toys for my little one to play with if I have to bring her to an appointment. My insurance has also changed over the years and I have priced him against other Chiropractors in town and he is a little cheaper. What you have to remember is most insurances will not cover Chiropractor visits and the other offices will tell you that you are "in-network" but your insurance will still make you pay for $50-$75 of the visit and most times it doesn't count towards your deductible. Dr. Brad makes it cheap and easy for patients to just pay cash and go around the insurance all together. They also have massage packages and PT. The whole staff really cares about your well being. Shellie has been his front office staff the whole 5 years I have been there and she is so helpful in getting me in for an appointment whenever I need. Dr. Brad really cares about you and always takes extra time to ask about my family and he remembers like if we are going on vacation and little things that go on in our lives.
