Basically, Joy helped to realign my body from my feet and ankles up through my knees to my hips and the rest of my body. This manipulation, unlike regular massage, is concerned with your overall body posture and locomotion (e.g. how you stand, walk, etc). My lower back and neck pain has almost completely disappeared!
