They allow walk-ins, as well as appointments. They are able to see me for mental and physical ailments with a supportive staff.

Don't come here! There are much better doctors than one that thinks you're lying about everything…read morethat's wrong. I have an L2 compression fracture and he didn't believe me till I had him take X-rays. Then he said I was lucky not to have been paralyzed in my accident over a year ago. So now, aside from my irritation with my recent pain that has developed, I'm a bundle of nerves and fearful to ever ride my Harley again and am having thoughts of trading in my beautiful Camaro for a more sound 'n sturdy vehicle. Way to go doc!! You really got a way of making your patients feel valued and at ease. He gave me some useless bottom tiered pills that won't work for this pain and absolutely refused to refill an old script to help kick off my weight loss that also contributes to this recent back pain. Then stated the procedure I was looking at for my back will do nothing. This place is way too negative for me. Guess I should've gave him a druggie stereotype instead if stating I was a Safety Professional traveling in the construction industry. Maybe then I would've gotten anything I requested. SMFH!?!

She loved the physician and nurses, especially Jasmine, who was kind enough to give her directions home and get her on the right road. They really went above and beyond.

I went to ER for dizziness, I had been having problems with low blood pressure, and low potassium…read more I was called back in a timely manner. I was put in a waiting area that had 4 sick patients, veith IV bags, hanging on coat hangers on the wall. I asked were the out of rooms or iv poles, the nurse said that's just how the do it. I pointed out the dusty hooks, possible cross contamination. The second nurse took me in a small lab, I was suffering vertical, I had problems walking any distance. I vomited a couple of times. I told her I have to sit. She got me a wheelchair. After the lab I took was given a IV, and hung on back. No name on the bag, no sign off, nothing. I was low on potassium, unfortunately I got a full bag of fluids when I realized, the bag was not what I should have gotten. I never saw a dr, never examined, never knew what the plan of care was, after 5 hrs, I was offered some potassium pills, and a anti nausea pill, I already had the generic pill ondansetron, same med, and potassium pills. I am a retired health care professional, 45 years, a radiology technologist. I have never seen such disregard for privacy, no protection from cross infections. I told the check in nurse I needed to lie down, I was left in this room for hours. Sitting in a chair, I told her I hadn't seen a dr, she said it was the minor injury ward/area, and this is how it's done. Because I had taken a time relief anti nausea pill, I didn't want to be over medicated, zofram was generic ondansetron, I didn't want a double dose of potassium, it upsets my stomach, again I asked about seeing a dr, to ask why I was still feeling sick or what my potassium was still low, i was told I would get X-rays, but never did, get vitals to check orthostatic, never did, the had another PT who had a name close to mine, she came a few hours after me, but I never got a plan of care or saw a provider. I'm quite certain when my Medicare or military tri,-care gets billed they will leave out no bed, no potassium, no provider, how can they get away with this less than optimal care.

Rapides Regional Medical Center - Another iv bag hung on wall. I let the other pts know I was taking pic of IV, not showing faces.

Rapides Regional Medical Center - The waiting room, with HIPPA violations in abundance, no privacy, as I was leaving there were open door to at least 10 rooms un,-occupied.

Rapides Regional Medical Center - We were all sitting quite uncomfortable in chairs upright. I don't understand why our privacy was ignored, we were in this small waiting rm.

I guess was wasent taught the HPPA law. I told the other lady I had only been there twice in the last two yrs and she said she knew that and took over talking to me she knew the so called Dr had broken the rule. . I was left untreated . . I just wanted out that place . The whole time I was there the " Dr" would roll her eyes when I was trying to explain my situation. Her name is Stephanie Simmons and I'm filing a formal complaint . . Never have I ever seen such behavior from anyone in the medical field. . This incident is going to be reported formally cuz this woman had no business blurting out my information all over the clinic. Let alone the way she treated me I will never go back there again.

Good news they were, bad news the "walk in clinic" according to the staff person I talked with is only classified as a walk in clinic. Good news I found a walk in clinic that saw me and treated me for strep throat so I didn't have to contaminate anyone.
