They follow up late with test results, nobody ever answers your calls, it's hard to get prescription refills (they just want you to come in again and be charged for a simple refill and want to charge charge charge) and the office is dated. THEY DON'T EVEN KEEP MEDICAL RECORDS STRAIGHT! Request your medical records from her, you'd be surprised what's written down and compare it to what actaully happened at the appointment/what you were really prescribed. Will be going elsewhere for a PCP.

Called to make an imaging appointment, hold for 20 minutes just to get placed back into the primary care queue for another 20 minute hold... for them to tell me the first call to imaging was correct and placed back in that queue! Another 20 minute wait. May 2026 Imagining appointment rescheduled for 5 months later with no notification, called and nobody knows why. April 2026 Scheduled for a mammogram, undressed and in procedure room when they tell me they scheduled it too soon for insurance and come back next week. Feb 2026 The doctors are good, but the scheduling and waits are unacceptable.

My main issue here wasn't even the wait time. My visit was for stomach pain, the nurse just prescribed me with some drug without doing a proper analysis. The drugs prescribed ended up making my symptoms worse than before. Don't plan of returning and I would not recommend this facility to anyone, there are far better options in the area.

I didn't have my employer-provided insurance card, but I called the number and asked for the information that I would need to be seen and covered, but of course I didn't get what I actually needed. So the nice lady at the front desk attempted to get that information for me. About 30 minutes later, I reached my threshold of waiting...although she was still on hold and patiently (hah! patient!) waiting to speak to BCBS. So I stumbled out and wove home. Incredibly nice people and not much of a wait. If I had my card, I would have seen the medico in maybe 20 minutes. Better than the 143 minute wait at the CVS Minute Clinic...where time actually is measured in minutes, but there are a nuclear buttload of minutes. I'm sure, now that I located and walletized my insurance card, that I'll visit again. I'll update when that happens. But four stars for the willingness of the nice lady to listen to bad hold music and cheesy advertising snippets for 30 minutes, and the gleaming cleanliness of the facility. I forgot to tote my own ink pen, BTW. Never forget to tote your own ink pen to a hospital or urgent care. The person who last touched the one that you must write with may have had something worse than you had. Just saying.
