Absolutely horrible experience. I originally came in for a simple cleaning and was told I had a…read moredeep cavity that needed a porcelain crown. After the procedure and temporary crown placement, I was left in constant pain with severe sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures. I called multiple times and had to return several times for bite adjustments because they claimed the crown may have been sitting too high. Despite all of that, the pain never improved. When my permanent crown came in, they removed the temporary and admitted it had been placed into my gums, which explained why I couldn't put pressure on the tooth and why it remained extremely sensitive. They placed the permanent crown and told me to "give it a few more days," but I continued having pain. Now, after weeks of discomfort on a tooth that never hurt before they touched it, I'm being told I need a root canal. The office feels like an assembly line, rushing patients in and out instead of focusing on quality care. I even asked to speak directly with the dentist about my concerns and was brushed off. If you want to walk into a dental office feeling fine and leave with weeks of pain and additional procedures, this is the place for you. I've never left a negative review for any business before, so that alone should say something about how bad this experience was. I'll be getting the root canal done elsewhere with a different dentist. Absolutely do not recommend
