No fines, nothing else, because Josh Weiss is very good at what he does! He is obviously well liked and has good rapport within the legal system of professionals. Whatever he said to the prosecutor and judge worked. He was honest with me from the beginning and didn't sugar coat anything. He told me what I could possibly expect/what might happen. He also didn't try to scare me into hiring him like a few other attorneys that I interviewed. Josh took the time during our initial consultation to actually listen to me and THAT was what sold me into hiring him. It wasn't the same attention I got from his competition. In addition Rachel, his assistant is the sweetest person and extremely knowledgeable. She will put you at ease with the way she talks. She is the one I talked to every time I had a question.
