Purchased and installed granite countertops throughout the house, a few months ago. The installers broke a behind the sink support piece, asked me if I wanted it, I said yes... WTF? Crowleys fab'd all material for backsplash except they went thicker on my kitchen behind the sink pieces. Three 23 year olds came and installed. Nothing special on the work. Now it's too thick, all others look good but for some reason it seemed like they were too lazy to cut the kitchen backsplash correctly. And if they tell you it's because of the length, and it's fragile, then cut more pieces and bond them together! Duh. Also, when I called to buy back my remnant, was absolutely treated like garbage from the gal who answered. Apparently, I put extra work on her by asking her to run out to the back and give me a quote, then they wanted a delivery charge to make a special trip, oh BTW, they had to make a special trip anyway to give me my 24"x3" piece. Garbage company,, do your self a favor and look around, plenty more places of quality to choose from. Never again. read more

I have had Crowleys do two of my homes at separate times. In about 2008 they replaced the counter tops in my home in West Linn installing a grey granite that replaced white 5" square ceramic tile. Due to the cabinets also being white the white tile was just TOO much along with the stainless appliances. Their system of using digital cameras to measure the existing counters resulted in just 3 days to remove the ceramic tile and install new counters in the kitchen and dining room, which was a large square footage. The result was amazing and down time was minimal. When we bought an older home in Tigard in 2013 I gutted the kitchen down to studs and rearranged it. We installed all new cabinets and Crowleys supplied a type of stone that made the new kitchen a showpiece of the remodeled home. Again their work was amazing and still perfect and they supplied a stainless faucet as a convenience to us. I can recommend Crowleys for anytype of granite or kitchen stone heartily. read more

Aaron Crowley personally came out for the initial quote, took the time to explain their process, what to look for in selecting a counter top and fabricator. I was so impressed that I didn't bother getting another quote. From the beginning through slab selection, layout and final installation, I was impressed with Crowley's service. Looking to remodel our kitchen and heard great things about Crowley's. We took the day off and made the drive down. The moment I walked in the lady who was working that day seem annoyed that we were walk ins. (Which their website says they take walk ins.) I started asking questions about their sale, which I had a coupon for. She went on to ask me for a "detailed drawing" from my cabinet guy. I told her we're just pricing out places and wanted to see what products they have. She said I needed a "drawing" and that my specific measurements would not be enough. She was so rude and didn't even try to get our business. We ended up going to Quality Granite & Cabinets and got a great quote with them and will be doing our countertops with them soon. read more

My wife and I were a bit stunned, turned around, laughed a bit, and walked out. Must be nice to have so much business that you can just turn away new business/clients. We had a great experience up until install and after. During install they were supposed to come between 12-2 pm. They texted at 11:11 am that they were going to be late and wouldn't be there until between 2-3 pm. Then at 2 pm I texted and asked what the ETA was currently, they said "alil over 3 I don't really think we can get it done before 5..." When they finally get there and start working, the workers don't say hardly anything to me. They seem irritated that I was checking in on when they would arrive. After working and talking amongst themselves for a while outside they come in to tell me that they don't have the tool to cut out the stove-top and they won't be able to do it until Thursday (this is on Tuesday after not having a stove-top since Saturday morning and we have a toddler). I called their manager Brian to tell them this is unacceptable. He said they can get the machine they need out there, but they will be working very late. They were there working on the counters until 9:45 pm! We have an almost 2 year old who was up late because of this. Oh, and I'm not even done yet. After the counters are installed and the workers gone my husband and I go to look at their handy work. Come to find out they didn't put the tubes back in the holes for the dishwasher so we had to MacGyver a magnet and a wire hanger for over an hour for one of the hoses and spent another 30 minutes on the other. Once that is fixed, we notice that they didn't polish under the counter where you can sit stools. The problem with this is we are a split level house. When you look up from the living room into the kitchen this is what you see. They started polishing it a bit but it's not even and not consistent. They also did not connect the dishwasher to the counters using some metal piece I was told would be installed. Finally, When I reached out to the company (Randi and Aaron the owner are on the email chain) I explain my dissatisfaction with all the issues above. That is the final straw which lead me to make a yelp review. I believe it's only fair to let their customer service speak for themselves so see the email in it's entirety in the attached image. TLDR; Crowley's didn't finish polishing the counters and stated the unfinished and uneven edges are "standard". Then said I could have brought it up before installation and paid more for it, but they never told me this and now that they are installed it's not possible and they aren't willing to do anything for me but give me some contact info for a plumber. To Crowley's - We are still waiting for you to make it right. Let us know how you plan on doing that and I would gladly post an update. UPDATE: The problem with them not being able to polish the counters still exists. It's important to know that once you get your counters installed you cannot get them polished. So while they did come over and rub some chemicals on it that made it darker on the underside so it wasn't white and we could see the color of the counter it was not polished. It's also worth saying that this was after I emailed them for two days all day on the second day threatened to make a post on BBB and did make one on Yelp. Then the owner Aaron was able to come up with an idea to make it look from a distance that it was polished after he spoke to my husband...magically... I feel like if my husband, a man, was able to talk to him from the start it could have been resolved quicker. I don't feel like he was respectful toward me and I would definitely NOT recommend this company to my friends. Especially after speaking with other companies that polish the overhang as a standard and at Crowley's you have to ask for it ahead of time (they don't let you know it's not included) and pay an extra $500! At this point it's done, but I feel it's my duty to share with other consumers my experience. There is nothing the company can do at this point to fix this. read more

Their customer service is awesome. This story starts four (!) years ago when Crowley's installed our granite kitchen countertops. Fast, prompt, clean, high tech...None of this egg rolling off the counter business. That granite was pitch perfect. Tiny seams where pieces met, we were able to decide where on the giant slab of granite that we picked out that our counter would be cut. Fantastic. Fast-forward 4 years. My sink popped a support. Let's blame it on the children. Let's blame everything on the children. ;) Yikes. On the off chance that they could help us, my husband called Crowley's. "Why sure we can help. We'll do it for free." The guys who showed up were sure to call ahead to let me know they were coming. They were polite and super fast. (This while my 5 little darlings were hopping around them and being more or less disruptive.) They explained what happened and what they were doing to fix it--all for a job they refused to collect for!
