I was referred to this company by another associate. I called and asked for a Michelle, the gentleman on the phone was very rude and nasty because his name is Mitchell. Instead of correcting me, this person asks me can I read and very rudely hangs up. Who does that? The business owner to be exact. I called back to verify that I wasn't over reacting to a precieved slight and this is his response " I get about a dozen sales calls a week from out of country companies. They always pronounce my name as Michelle, or ask for my x-wife that has not worked in the store for 8+ years. My response has become instinct to these calls. They always call when I am in the middle of something and to be honest, I have totally lost my patience with these calls and callers. All I can do is apologize" Yes the gentleman apologized, but I was totally put off by the intial response. read more
