Recently, I came for something else....something very special. I had a memorial plaque made in honor of my stepfather. He was a true father to my brother and me. My mother was so touched by some of the things we said about him, she asked me to write them down for posterity. I did one better and had the most beautiful piece designed. I couldn't make it back to the store during the weekday, so I called to see if they could ship it to Texas for me. The said, "No problem!" I cannot say enough good about this business. This was the first time I was able to use them in a couple of years because our events had been canceled for the pandemic. I went back to them for our high school baseball program needs and they were bombarded with orders. They were honest about the turnaround time and all available options to me. They also explained to me about an uncontrollable delay that hit them. The best part was they did not make any excuses and helped me work through options. We created a plan that would help us through our event if the work could not be completed. Eric and Michael were amazing. They delivered the day before our event and no one in attendance was any wiser about the possibility of not having our awards completed by that evening. They worked hard for us to make it a reality. Pretty disappointed overall. I configured a custom trophy on-line using their trophy builder and when I picked it up, the figure I selected of a Mtn biker was a road biker instead. The girl working there was really nice but only had a BMX biker to substitute. I ended up ordering the Mtn bike figure online and with shipping this cost as much as the trophy.
