I asked for a free quote and they supposedly sent someone...who never actually showed his face. He texted me 5 minutes after the appointment time, saying that he was outside, within 2 minutes I was out there looking at an empty driveway. I texted him that he's likely at the wrong house and sent him my address...again. He then said "If it was a duplex [ I live in a townhouse], we sat outside for about 10 minutes and then had to move on to our next meeting! Sorry! We can reschedule next time you have availability." He was clearly in the wrong place and didn't want to admit it. They aren't sending anyone else and Roy says he "can't make it back." Hahahaha! BACK?! He was never here in the first place. If I could give this company zero stars I would have. I bet he saw my house (which isn't grand by any means, so it's probably a much smaller job in his eyes), thought this job wasn't worth his time and immediately drove off. Not impressed. read more
